Information in connection with processing of personal data in
the course of a business relationship with customers, suppliers
and other business contacts.
On the following pages, we wish to provide you with an overview about processing of your personal data and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulations (EU GDPR) in force.
The nature of the business relationships provides largely the framework, which data are processed in detail and in which way are used. Therefore, not all parts of this information will apply to you.

2. What data and on what legal basis do we process and for what purpose?
In the context of the business relationships with our business partners (customers, suppliers, service providers, etc.) we process personal data that you provide us with. If our business relationship exists with your employer resp. client, we also collect personal data from you or your employer resp. client.
These are the following data or categories of data:
Data processing is led primarily to fulfill contractual obligations (EU GDPR Art. 6 (1 li b), more precisely for the purpose of unambiguous identification of the business partner and for initiation, implementation, administration and management of contracts, the assessment of financial standing and securitization, the creation of settlements/credits, the administration and enforcement of claims, compliance with legal regulations, data security and in the interest of comprehensive customer service.
Insofar as necessary, we also process personal data to meet legal requirements (EU GDPR Art. 6 (1 lit c).

Moreover, we will process personal data to safeguard legitimate interests (EU GDPR Art. 6 (1 lit f).
3. Who has access to your data?
Within the framework of the initiation and implementation of business relationship and the execution of the respective business processes, your data will be processed within Fischer TireTech Germany GmbH by the respective employees involved.
Furthermore, we transmit your data to recipients outside the company, who process your data on their own responsibility (EU GDPR Art. 4 (7).
These can be, for example, the following categories of responsible persons:
In addition, certain personal data may also be transferred to a third country (EU GDPR Art. 44). Focus is on Art. 5 (1 lit b EU GDPR). Personal data will only be transmitted for explicitly defined purposes. In detail, this concerns personal customer data that must be exchanged in the context of business relationships
(EU GDPR - Art. 6 (1 lit b).
4. How long will your data be stored?
We store the personal data for the duration of the business relationship. After termination of the business relationship, the data will be stored for as long as we are obliged to do so. This is due to the storage and proof obligations. The storage period may be up ten years.
Furthermore, it may be necessary to retain personal data until the expiry of the statutory limitation period - up to 30 years - while claims can be made against us.
5. What data protection rights do the persons concerned have?
The business partners of Fischer TireTech Germany GmbH have a right to information (EU GDPR Art. 15), rectification (EU GDPR Art. 16), deletion (EU GDPR Art. 17), limitation in processing (EU GDPR Art. 18), Data portability (EU GDPR Art. 20) and raising objections (EU GDPR Art. 21), if appropriate, revocation of an earlier permission (EU GDPR Art. 7).
It also gives you the possibility, as business partner, to make a complaint to the Authority for Data Protection (EU GDPR Art. 77).
