The history of Fischer TireTech is a journey of partnership to the tire industry. It started with two pioneering companies: Karl Eugen Fischer Maschinenfabrik, founded in Germany, and Konštrukta TireTech, established in Slovakia. Both companies bring unique strengths, skills, and qualities in steel and cord cutting systems and high-end extrusion technologies.

Karl Eugen Fischer Maschinenfabrik, the world’s leading manufacturer of cord cutting systems for all types of tires for the tire making industry. Founded in 1940 in Germany, the company has evolved from an industrial goods manufacturer to a specialist in steel-, cord- and textile cord cutting systems.

KONŠTRUKTA-TireTech was founded in 1953 in Slovakia to develop and manufacture prototypes for defense production. Today, the company specializes in extrusion for tire components and is a renowned extrusion specialist for the preparation of tire components and the necessary machinery for the production of vehicle tires.

In 2022, the companies merged to create an even stronger, more versatile partner for the tire industry: Fischer TireTech.

Today, more than 600 enthusiastic engineers, developers, machine builders, service technicians, and project managers work worldwide to provide the international tire industry with efficient production lines consisting of durable machines and innovative solutions.
