Fischer TireTech Remote Service

The connection to the portal is encrypted based on a secure OpenVPN protocol. With the Ethernet router the Fischer TireTech engineer can access to the PLC directly and in real time. The access can be controlled from the local maintenance or IT-Department. Another possibility is offered by various remote software options, whereby the maintenance employee can connect his programming device to the PLC on site and the Fischer engineer accesses the programming device via remote software. (both solutions require a stable internet connection) 

With software solutions which can log machine data and make it available in databases, remote support from Fischer TireTech is carried out effectively and with the highest degree of perfection, together with remote maintenance.
