  • Siemens S7 classic and TIA-Portal
    or
  • Rockwell Guard and Control-Logix
• Cooperation with database interfaces and visualization systems
• Commissioning and acceptance of systems and modernizations at our customers' sites
• Carrying out training courses at the customer's premises in English

• Successfully completed technical studies (e.g. automation technology, electrical engineering) or completed technical apprenticeship with appropriate further qualification
• Readiness to travel for commissioning worldwide

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician – specializing in industrial engineering or electrician (m/f/d)

• Technical, pedagogical and organisational supervision of trainees
• Imparting knowledge and skills as well as advising on professional and personal development
• Conception and implementation of training-orientated courses with suitable teaching materials and modern learning methods
• Administrative organisation and coordination of training
• Coaching, encouraging and motivating trainees
• Conducting appraisal interviews and staff appraisals
• Supporting the recruiting and onboarding process
• Independent implementation of activities (small projects), workshops and participation in overarching projects and marketing measures
• Collaborating with and advising stakeholders (specialist departments, vocational school, etc.)
• Deputising for the full-time trainer

Your profile:

• Successfully completed training as an electronics technician or mechatronics technician
• Qualified further training: Electrical engineer, mechatronics technician or industrial foreman - specialising in electrical engineering
• Profound professional experience in the field of training for the training occupations of electronics technician for industrial engineering, mechatronics technician and electronics technician specialising in automation technology desirable
• Instructor qualification according to AEVO
• Relevant professional experience in the field of electrical engineering
• Good MS Office skills
• High social and communication skills and ability to work in a team
